On Monday, June 22 we stopped in Memphis and we managed to make it to Corkey's for dinner. Corkey's is a local spot dedicated to ribs. We had a wonderful meal of ribs with the dry rub spices. But as good as the food was, the wait staff was wonderful. They represented the best of Southern hospitality. The picture is of A. C. who is now 70 years old. He has been serving tables at Corky's for 26 years. He is also a committed believer who wants to grow closer and closer to Christ.
This is the day the Lord hath made; let us rejoice and be glad in it. Psalms 118:24
