The Perservation Hall Jazz Band

One last post about the weekend at the Shenandoa Valley Music Festival. Saturday night the Perservation Hall Jazz Band from New Orleans performed. It was pure Dixieland Jazz in the finest tradition and simply a lot of fun!

Each of the members of the band are excellent musicians in their own right but also bring multiple generations of heritage to their craft. Interestingly many of them have a lot of experience in Gospel music as well.

Let us come before Him with thanksgiving and extol Him with music and song.
